The 12-Week On-Ramp Program at RISE Training Club in Highland, MI, is designed to help new members begin their fitness journey with structure, coaching, and confidence. 


Instead of jumping into workouts without guidance, members start with a progressive onboarding experience that focuses on proper movement, strength development, and learning the fundamentals of our training system.
